MANAGEMENT REPORTING · CASH FLOW · KPIs
Know what your numbers are telling you.
Practical management reporting, cash-flow forecasting and commercial performance analysis for established businesses that already have bookkeeping and CA support — but need clearer information for better decisions.
Monthly snapshot
SAMPLEIllustrative extract — the kind of one-page view a monthly report can give you.
SOUND FAMILIAR?
Good bookkeeping and a good CA aren't always the same as a clear picture.
These are the things owners say most often before we start working together.
We're profitable, but always short of cash.
I get reports, but I don't really know what they mean.
I don't know which customers or jobs make money.
Our budget is sitting in a drawer gathering dust.
WHERE I FIT
I sit between your bookkeeper and your CA.
Two roles you likely already have in place — and a gap that neither of them is set up to fill.
Your bookkeeper
Records the transactions accurately, month by month.
Naxos NZ Consulting
Turns that data into reports, forecasts and KPIs you can act on.
Your CA firm
Handles tax, compliance and statutory accounts.
I don't replace either one. I make the numbers useful to you, the owner — so decisions stop waiting on year-end.
WHAT I DO
I turn accurate records into management information you can use.

Numbers have been Peter's trade for more than thirty years — and turning them into something people can actually use has always been the interesting part.
He's Waikato raised and educated, with a Bachelor of Management Studies from the University of Waikato — a double major in Accounting & Finance and Marketing & International Management, which is really just a formal way of saying he's equally at home with a spreadsheet and with people.
He's an Associate Chartered Accountant, and started his career as a business analyst designing the process for managing Fixed Assets — a system still in use more than twenty-five years later. From there he moved into managing a nationwide inventory system rollout across more than 60 manufacturing sites, then spent over a decade as Financial Controller for a New Zealand manufacturer, building the budgets, cash-flow forecasts and reporting systems that kept the business on track.
Since then he's worked closely alongside business owners across the Waikato, helping them get a clearer handle on their numbers. These days that experience is focused squarely on one thing: turning your existing bookkeeping and accounting data into reports, forecasts and KPIs you can actually use.
Outside the spreadsheets, he's just as likely to be found outdoors.
After: better decisions. Fewer fires.
